  3. You must not assign or otherwise transfer the Agreement, or any right granted under it, without our written consent. We can freely transfer our rights under the Agreement.
  4. Any failure by us to enforce or exercise any provision of the Agreement, or any related right, will not be a waiver of that provision or right.
  5. We may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Agreement, by email, regular mail, postings on the Website, or other reasonable means now known or developed in the future.
  1. Governing jurisdiction
  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Fixed courses and workshops:

All deposits are Non-refundable. Where there are extreme weather warnings or where a risk to the dogs or humans safety has been indentified we reserve the right to reschedule any existing dates. Whilst we will try our best to accomodate everyone if this situation arises all dates offered are final, Love of dogs training are not responsible for any missed sessions by the participant.

All courses are non-refundable once full payment is made.  

Love of dogs training will not tolerate the use of equipment that is intended to cause pain, fear or discomfot to dogs in any way. This includes but is not limited the use of half check collars, slip leads, water bottles etc. 


Your membership entitles you to 1 session per week either in person or online via zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure you book and attend your sessions, if in the event you miss a session you will lose this session and will not be entitled to a refund or the opportunity to 'make up' the session. If in the event love of dogs training have to cancel a class and where no alternative (eg an online session) is given then you will be offered to opportunity to 'catch up' the cancelled session by doing 2 sessions in 1 week at your earliest convenience. Classes in person at the training premises will require you to book using the booking link you will recieve on sign up, if in the event the links change we will notify you immediatley, If you have not booked via the booking link and arrive at the venue you will not be able to participate in the session. Due to safety of our clients and the planning of the classes it is important we always know who is in attendance. 

love of dogs training will not tolerate any equipment that may cause psychological or physical harm to your dogs, this includes but is not limited to: choke chains, prong collars, slip leads etc. in classes. We would also prefer your dog to be on an appropriate harness or collar and a normal lead (not an extendible lead) If you are unsure of an alternative please contact us and we can offer you advice.

Payments for group classes is recurring and the responsibility lies with you to cancel your subscription either with your bank or via stripe. If in the event you do not cancel and you have not asked us to cancel for you, you will not be eligible for a refund once payment has been taken.


We want everyone in the group to enjoy themselves so please do not let your dog interact with any other dogs without permission from the owner first. Keep all interactions short and sweet we don't want any dogs tangled in leads or becoming over aroused. Allowing your dog to interact with another dog is at your own discretion and love of dogs training will not take responsibility for any injuries that may occur.


All participants understand that they are fully responsible for them and their dogs’ safety if any injury occurs howsoever to themselves or any being in their care that they take full responsibility. Love of dogs training ensure to carry out risk assessments and put dogs’ safety at the forefront of the lesson plans.


Make sure if your dog toilets in or around the premises that it is cleaned up there are bags and a bin on site where possible please double bag and place in the bin provided.




All consultation fees for 121 sessions are non-refundable this is due to me allocating my time on a specific day. If for any reason Love of dogs training has to cancel or change any appointment for any reason a choice of a refund and cancelling the session completely or changing the appointment time will be offered. It is the owners responsibility to cancel any subscription fees once the sessions are terminated. As part of your 121 programmes you will be expected to commit to the training programme this includes ensuring you are booking in your individual sessions using your link during your payment month. If you do not book your sessions within your paid month then you will lose those sessions for that month. We can not roll sessions over that have not been used.  


Please arrive on time for your session but do please keep your dogs in the cars until the dogs before you have left the field. If you arrive early please do not walk your dogs in the woods behind the premises as these are private land.


Make sure if your dog toilets in or around the premises that it is cleaned up there are bags and a bin on site where possible please double bag and place in the bin provided.


During 121 sessions any participants understand that they have full responsibility for themselves and any animal in there care love of dogs training will take all precautions necessary to try to avoid any incidence occurring however we do not take responsibility should anyone or any animal be injured during a training session.
